Genuine Manuka Honey can only come from New Zealand where the Government’s science definition dictates strict standards of what can be classified as “Manuka” and exported out of the country. Look for this stamp to be sure your Manuka is really from New Zealand.
The New Zealand Government’s MPI Gold Standard comprises four naturally occurring markers and a DNA test to prove the Manuka is the genuine mono or multifloral standard. We put these standards on the lid of each of our pots so you can be sure you are buying tested, certified genuine Manuka. Look for this stamp to check if your product has this vital certification.
